It was very easy to install. Flathead screwdriver and 7 minutes. My main reason for doing this is to protect the cooler from critters. A bit pricey but worth it! Fits like a glove. This would be a great addition to your ranger!

the first time I bought an insert which they said would fit all models. After it arrived I got home from the 30 day range, they changed the descriptions to not work with the adaptive cruise control. Thanks for finding out later. Money thrown in the wind

All I had to do was remove the pins that were already in the bottom bumper and screen that lined up with 5 holes and I just put the same pins back in . It's nice and safe. Comes with 3 pins in case you break one. Be careful when removing the pins. I used a small flathead screwdriver and was very careful.

Beautiful and very easy to install. It took every 2 minutes. Feels very solid. Ford has found some weird ways to save money. Missing grill, missing fittings in the bed. A little annoying. It's really nice, but for a small piece of metal, it's quite expensive. The rest is definitely worth it, especially off-road.
