These are just stars that are cut out of paper and sewn onto a thread. It is not very durable and gets tangled easily. My wife bought this for our daughter's canopy. Probably won't last very long due to the quality, but not bad for the price. The nice thing is that the garland is long so she only needed one piece for her project and the other can be used as decoration. If you just need something to use for parties a few times and then throw away, that would be fine.
