I liked that there was no tread on the bottom because they were used as sleep socks, and no sticking to the inside when worn with slippers. Keep my feet and ankles warm! Plus the colors are neutral and go with all sorts of pajamas or clothes, in case that matters to you.

Yes, they're soft and keep my feet warm. They do however have very thick seams by the toes. Especially on the sides by the big and pinkie toes. It's very noticeable, and to me bothersome, when walking around. The socks can sometimes shift and suddenly you're stepping on a nodule of material and have to stop and adjust.
