Plastic, not a very good thing. Flattens when tightened. If the air filter is not tightened and tightened, it will wobble on the carburetor, causing the carburetor bolts to loosen. I'm throwing everything away and crossing Mr. Gasket off my list of parts sellers.

garbage. Cheap plastic, not heat resistant at all, if it can be tightened at all because it breaks instantly then flattens out even more when heated. The filter housing comes loose after driving less than 5 m. Absolute rubbish.
