I have been using Mrs Meyers products for several years now and love them. My only issue with this hand soap is the design of the pump. The old ones had a problem with crumpled bottles because air couldn't get in to replace the soap. New bottles don't have this problem, but the problem is worse; The pump part does not rise when you press it and you have to raise it manually after each injection. After reading the reviews I took a chance and bought Mrs Meyers. This soap is like a bottle wonder for your hands! Mine are always dry and cracked, even lotion wouldn't get rid of them. Since I've been using it, my hands don't shake at all! My nails even look healthier! I will definitely buy again. Additional note: tried the pumpkin flavor, it stinks. I mean it really stinks! And the stench lingers for hours. Sheet! The lemon verbena flavor really is the best.

The scent is ok but I would have liked more lavender. The three bottles were not individually wrapped and the roos were not sealed. So two of the three inside the box leaked and covered all three bottles with soap. The overall feel is more of a homemade fill and delivery than an actual consumer product. The experience is disappointing.
