Muck Rack Review

The user interface is easy enough that I can navigate it without help from my team members or support staff! It made our job so much easier as we were able connect more easily than ever before w/ local press outlets & industry influencers alike - getting us ahead of other companies trying similar tactics at same time!! I like the ability to search for topics that I'm interested in, and then to see what other people are reporting on. I also like the ability to use Muck Rack to find journalists in different countries. I dislike that sometimes it's hard to find topics that you're interested in. I like that it is user friendly! The analytics are great too!! Nothing really at this time but we have been using them since April of 2016 so haven't had any issues yet :).
