Perfect vest in my opinion

The quality of this jacket is absolutely fine, the evergreen color is beautiful and very true to size, my daughter is under 4T even though she is five years old and this jacket fits her perfectly and I think it will be of great value to her for a very long time the money if not a bit more, no smell when i open the bag
