I've been wearing the same nose stud for 3 months now and the gem still hasn't fallen out! It's very rare that I see a nose stud that lasts that long. It's a good size too. I just want the L to start higher because it floats. I ended up bending it and cutting off the excess metal using wire cutters.

Wonderful! I love that it's made of stainless steel which is also lead and nickel free so I don't get irritated. These don't fall out easily. The diamond is small but brilliant, so it stands out! I like that it fits snugly on the nose and doesn't get caught anywhere. This was a great purchase, I would recommend anyone with a nose piercing to buy these!

I have ordered these studs twice and was very satisfied both times. I've had a nose piercing for almost 8 years now and almost every month I lose my bobby pin while sleeping or catching it in a towel after a shower. My last order lasted me over 2 years and I even gave a pair to a friend. I will continue to order as many as possible. I've never had a problem with them being too long like most others. Highly recommend for anyone who goes through stilettos pretty quickly and just loves stilettos.

I am picky when it comes to nose rings. I'm allergic to some jewelry and many nose rings don't fit my nose so they get caught on clothes, towels, etc. I ordered 20 packs expecting to lose quite a bit. and wanted to have enough in stock so I wouldn't have to order a new one every time one gets lost.
