I can hear the fan turning on and off during music. balance control. I have a ground loop when I connect any of the inputs, even with shielded cables, and when I connect the amp to a different power source. I never had this problem with the other two amps. Using Bluetooth will erase the default configuration.

Was very happy with this purchase until I used the Bluetooth feature. The bottom line is you have to be close to the device for Bluetooth to work, walk 10 or 15 steps either way and you start ripping with intermittent audio. I even tried replacing the antenna on the device with a better one, but it didn't help at all. The Bluetooth receiver in this device is very bad, to say the least. Too bad, but this aspect is important in our time, so I deduct two stars from the overall rating.

If you want an AM/FM tuner in what is called a 'receiver', please look elsewhere. There's no manual tuner knob, so your only option is to scan channels that mostly contain noise. You cannot delete these search channel sets according to the overall channel pairing frequency, and once you reach 30 mostly static assignments, it will turn off. Worst product. Delivered the first block, the screen was unreadable. A second device came and tried to program AM and FM stations. The only way to program transmitters is to just "scan" and fill in 30 "channels". Mostly static in every channel and peaks at 95.9. It is impossible to reach higher frequencies. After 1 week of joy, I have just noticed that all 4 speakers have distorted mids and lows. Only the tweeters work properly. Luckily I bought an extended 3 year warranty. Updates 07/19/2020 The unit sounds and works as I want it BUT I have not been able to figure out how to program the radio. When you turn it on for the first time, the receiver will automatically start scanning and populating 30 preset channels with each different frequency, giving you 3 channels between 84MHz and 94MHz. The manual instructs you to use the remote control to program and change the pre-programmed channels. It prompts you to use buttons that are not available on the remote control.

When I received this amp it appeared to be in good working order. However, my TV's media input did not have a reliable connection for a few weeks.
