This is a durable, easy to clean and easy to use product. It's a lot easier than slicing a hard boiled egg with a knife for my salad. With this product I can prepare slices, halves or slices in seconds. I highly recommend.

I like the variety of cuts. I would advise you not to cut raw hard vegetables like potatoes or hard cheeses. I believe it is intended for cooked and soft foods. I've only used it on hard boiled eggs and it worked well.

My mom and I tested them on fairly large eggs. The wire is strong enough to cut through the shell, although I wouldn't recommend doing it too much with single wire cutters. This speeds up the cutting of hard-boiled eggs on an industrial scale. This makes a great gift for any egg lover.
