Just look at my video. You will see what happened. It actually does the 2nd one I got which did the same thing. The bar is so free. Last time the diamond was missing and the bar was loose! And I could see it even before I opened the clear bag. The first time I thought, well, maybe it was a shipping accident and it happened during shipping. But when the second came with exactly the same problem, except for the diamond, obviously not.
