I received the product because I saw that it has 5 stars, the worst mistake. When I plugged everything in, everything worked as expected, so I was happy, one day I spent a day and had to unplug the cable, the computer completely shut down and wouldn't turn back on. I realized that now I have to plug the computer in for it to turn on, so I think the cable just ruined my battery. I hope you see this before you buy!

I like the product, it works as expected, although three things annoy me about it: 1) It gets hot. Not sure why it should heat but it does. I was very happy but it doesn't work! The HDMI port on the side does not respond even when trying to connect only one monitor. I've tried different cables and different monitors, and no matter what I do, the HDMI port next to the memory card slot doesn't respond to anything.
