Mundial 6x5 Hamburger and Meat Turner Spatula: Stainless Steel with Wood Handle and Beveled Edges Review

It's big and heavy, ideal for hamburgers. That's exactly what I wanted. Looks well made. I don't know anything about the durability yet, but due to the workmanship I expect a very long service life.

Works great. The handle needs some work, the wood doesn't match the metal perfectly so the edges are a bit sharp and awkward. Quality control should be on the lookout for this issue, plus I like having a nice sharp edge to scrape the burger's crispy crust off my cast-iron skillet.

Like everyone else I bought this to improve my burger game. This is the perfect tool for that and I was very happy with my purchase. My only complaint was that the edge wasn't sharp enough to get under the burger crust. Some chefs use a razor blade but that seems like a chore to me so I sharpened my blade to a super sharp blade and now it's amazing. I've attached a photo of the edging I added.

I recently bought this hamburger pinball machine for two reasons. Turn the hamburgers first, of course. Not only can I flip burgers with this thing, it's perfect for easily flipping omelettes and pancakes. The second reason I bought it was to clean my cast iron pans. This thing is strong and doesn't flex, making it perfect for removing fluffy bits from my cast iron skillets. Sure, you can find cheaper hamburger fins, but they won't be as powerful as this kid.

I use it for chopping hamburgers like everyone else, but it's also great for pancakes, sandwiches and larger meals. Very durable and will likely last for generations. I have had a smaller version of this spatula for years and am very happy with it. I even sharpen the edges with a sharpener. I use the smaller one to put pressure on the larger one on impact. This large one has a small flaw in that the shaft isn't perfectly straight in the grip, but it's ground in a way that you won't notice it…

Wow. I've used everything two, maybe three times? Bought late March 2019. Need a burger spatula. Hand wash only and never sat in the sink for more than a few minutes and it's already rusting. I want my money back and the return period has expired by one month. Heavily disappointed. The heavy weight, beveled edge, handle aren't too bad but the fact that it will rust is already a major concern for me when I have other things in my kitchen that I've treated poorly and have lasted the years.
