Didn't work with Dell XPS 8940.

available Customer service was prompt and tried to be helpful. But the memory produces a blinking amber light on the power button; this also happened when installed alone (with no DELL memory present). Too bad the support team tried to help.

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons

The price doesn't bite

I was a bit skeptical at first but I've had it for several months and it works well, doesn't overheat, doesn't slow down, I like it. worth your money.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Some flaws

Crash memory good for internals

Crashing after a month. I contacted Mushkin but they didn't reply! Revain accepts returns but charges a 20% restocking fee. I had to use Crucial as usual.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Not as good as it says

So far everything is working fine.

I had to replace the motherboard so I had to buy a new processor and DDR4 memory so far so good. While I'm not a gamer I don't think they perform well in harsh gaming environments, but for everyday computing it's great.

Pros
  • Looks good
Cons
  • So far so good
