After I returned this comb because it didn't come with a case, customer service contacted me and sent me a new comb and case free of charge to fix the problem. Your customer service has been absolutely fantastic, some of the best I have ever experienced. The comb is excellent and this time it came with a case!

I was a little wary of purchasing due to several types at Revain, most of which have negative reviews due to poor workmanship. Mainly because the teeth were often not filed properly and were therefore very sharp and scratched the skin and/or caught and pulled on the hair. This is not the case at all with this comb. Delivered as promised, good size (perfect for pocket or handbag). But creates too much static for me, pulls my beard a lot and breaks my hair. I do not like it at all. My beard is >4 inches long, may work better with shorter beards. Not recommended for beard

Pulls hair out of the beard with every pass. The inside of the teeth is not rounded and is very rough, causing the hair to fall out. I bought three as gifts and every single person told me it was a great concept but horribly executed. Just pass it on, I've even run it through a very small section of my own hair and yes, the jagged edges just grab the hair and rip it out.

I actually use it to comb my shaving brushes. Works great and great quality for the price! The case is also very beautiful!

My fiancee loves this beard comb! We tried wood and plastic, but they always broke in his back pocket! Ideal for a bearded worker! He's a welder and he's great at it!
