After the first few pages it started to fade. I bought this as a replacement cartridge after purchasing the printer. The old ink ran out yesterday so I installed it as directed and it was like they sent me a used cartridge! I paid almost 70€ for it and it is completely useless! To make matters worse, I can't find any contact information for the company to call or email them.

The print quality and cost of this toner is good. We are very happy that we could get quality at half the price from a well-known brand.
