The first set I received didn't work but after a quick message a new set was sent to Revain and they worked great. The price is way better than what I could get at an office supply store. The print quality is like a new cartridge.

Was very upset with this product. The black ink seemed open in the box and didn't work at all in my printer and the color ink was in the box as I thought it would be but it didn't work so I had to send it back. .

The item is difficult to install as there are no error messages and you are lucky if your printer recognizes it at all. When I first bought ink, I was able to get it working after about 40 minutes of troubleshooting. The second time around the black didn't work at all and it looks like I might just bite the bullet and buy the original to avoid similar issues in the future. However, once it's up and running, the print quality is pretty decent. Much luck.

Said to be compatible with HP 2620 printers but this does not take into account the fact that HP does not allow their 65 cartridge to be compatible with their printers sold outside of the USA. So I missed the return window by a few days because I just found out about this and am now stuck with useless cartridges. If the manufacturer had taken care of it, they would have contacted me anyway and offered a refund.

I bought 2 sets of remanufactured XL #65 cartridges for HP printers. The red light kept coming on and blinking so I put in a second set I bought from Amazon and same problem. so i bought a new hp deskjet from amazon and threw away the old printer. When the new printer arrived I put in 2 remanufactured cartridges and the lights started blinking. I replaced them with the new ones that came with the printer and all was fine. the color ink was out and not as bright as it should be and the black ink didn't work at all in my printer. I had to throw it away and buy it again. Really sucks because I thought I was getting something to go back to and keep buying.

Received quickly. But the black cartridge does not work. It has instructions on how to clean the chip and I've tried a couple of times but it didn't work. I ran out of ink when I ordered and was willing to wait a few days to get ink but now I have to go back and wait for another cartridge and I don't want to wait another week for ink. I think Walmart is here, I came. Don't buy cartridges that don't work.
