I bought this printer for work and it's more complicated than I thought. I figured I only needed to replace the cartridges so was very surprised to see that pliers and tweezers were included. I ended up asking a colleague to replace it and he still gives me a low toner warning but I just ignore it. The rest of the colors are great, so far no further problems.

The advertised product did not tell the consumer to remove the chip from each old cartridge and put it in the new cartridge. They also sent tiny needle nose pliers and tweezers. If I had known that, I would not have bought it.

1. I've only printed two single-sided documents with this toner cartridge. So I have no idea how it will hold up in the long run. But the two photos I printed out looked great.2. The installation is quite easy. They provided cutters to cut the plastic and tweezers. But you have to be very careful not to drop the little computer chip that you remove from the old HP toner cartridges and transfer to these new toner cartridges.
