First of all I would like to say that the set contained three cartridges. The first came pre-installed and worked amazingly well. In fact, it was the clearest color I've used. However, and that's the only reason I gave it three stars, if you replace the preinstalled one, the other two black ones won't print. As stated in another review, the ink level screen says the ink is full but no ink appears on the paper. I hope the seller will contact you and I will follow this review.

SAVE TIME AND MONEY! I bought 3 packs, 2 of them were almost empty (printed 4 pages if any) To top it off the print quality is terrible! Black is more like grey. So the light can hardly read it! I bought this two months ago to have on hand when needed and threw away $35. Very upset!

So I used the 65XL which is compatible with my Envy 5055 and my printer can tell me the ink levels but I doubt it won't print. At least that's true for black people. My tricolor works perfectly. This may be because I accidentally touched the tape on the case. I didn't realize what I did until it was too late to fix it. I will try another set. Maybe it was an accident that the cartridge was defective. Like I said, the color looks good.

I am very happy to have found these cartridges. They fit my Canon printer perfectly. The delivery was very fast and I will buy from this seller next time I need ink.

The first cartridge worked fine. It took 30 days to run out. When it came time to change (just after the 30 return policy expired) I replaced it with a new one. NOTHING. Without ink, that is. I took the third one out of the box and put it in my pocket. Nothing! But! I can't go back because my 30 days are up. So basically I paid more for this remanufactured cartridge than I would have paid for 1 at an OEM/HP brand store. I. I can't do my job. Very dissatisfied.

As many reviewers have already written, the first cartridge prints perfectly, better than the original. Thing is, when you get to the second and third cartridges, they show solid black but just print blank pages. I had to change during the work day and completely ruined my day since it didn't print in black (thought it was a few other things). This taught me not to skimp on ink.

I advise everyone to stay away from this company. I only bought one of the three packs. I'm not sure if the ink is dry or if it was ever put in. The first worked fine while the other two flushed. waste of money

After connecting, each cartridge shows that it is empty. Ordered them in advance so the return window was closed. Very disappointed.
