⏰ Sharp Digital Alarm Clock with Dual Power Outlets, Surge Protection, and Rapid USB Charging Port (Blue/Green) Review

I bought this purely for the function of the clock (to be seen at night) and it exceeded my expectations. I like the two power outlets on the front, as well as the fast-charging USB port, which makes it even more useful. An added bonus is the surge protection. The dimmer switch is very handy for choosing how much brightness you need. Good value for money.

I'll save you a lot of time: in fact, this is a 15A extension cord, two sockets with a USB connector and a lousy clock. I sleep well, be careful, the alarm clock is not loud but it still wakes me up in the morning. Don't rely on that alone. This is great when you need more outlets in a specific area. The front end tends to tip over when there are multiple plugs in it, sometimes even 2 main 2 pin 110V plugs. Especially with a phone charger. End. Please.

This solved my problem in the guest room where the guest couldn't reach an outlet to charge their mobile devices. Having this right on the bedside table works great. One downside is that since there are two outlets on the clock, the power cord itself is very heavy duty and will pull or fold the clock off the bedside table. The clock itself should have a weighted base to keep it flat or more secure. I stuck an eyebolt behind the nightstand and tied the power cord to it to keep the weight down.

To be honest there are no complaints about this watch. However, it's really too light for most power cords. The rubber stoppers are terrible and the clock just shifts everywhere when I need to plug or unplug something. If it's on the edge, the clock will fall behind. I didn't buy it as an alarm clock, but the volume is really low. It's not a bad watch, but it's not a very good one either. This clock (it's a clock, not a clock radio) has many plus points with a USB port and 2 (two!) sockets right on the clock. Great if you have a bedroom or guest room with limited outlets and want to charge your devices. The reading is also not particularly bright as with some watches. I love this watch! I'd like to have all the ports and the USB port on the back, or at least some of them, because when they're all on the front it tips over when something is plugged into it. Plus, you'll also end up with cables along the way.
