I don't know why so many bad reviews, I've been using this product for years and never had a problem. When you first grow, you will still find it difficult to remove the hair. This also includes the right time. If you don't give the wax enough time to dry, it won't remove much of the wax. If you wait too long, the wax can harden and crack. But if you can time it right, it works wonders.

Difficult to use as the consistency has to be just right, not too hot and not too cold. It's also difficult to melt everything to get the right consistency for longer than the box says. The instructions say it takes 90 seconds to heat a full bath. It actually took twice as long to soften the wax.
