Very disappointed when I originally placed this order, was told it would come in a pack of 4 and I only received one. It's expensive for 1 piece.

This was advertised as a four pack, which would have been a reasonable price. I only received one package. Return with full refund.

I've had success with other strips and decided to try these based on the recommendation. However, the box I received wasn't soft enough to do anything at all. It was still crispy and firm no matter what I tried.

When I first received the package there was only 1 package and it looked like it had already been opened. So I sent it back and got a replacement. Replacement was also not described. Again, I only received 1 pack, not 4 as described. However, Revain's customer service has been great!

All I managed to do was put the wax on my face. My hair didn't fall out and I had to find something to get the wax off me. throw them all away

I like how I can quickly fix my eyebrows and beautiful chin hair. If they don't remove their hair the first time, use an ice cube to chill the wax.
