waste of money. This is by far the worst product ever. I can't believe I wasted my hard earned money. It was useless, didn't even heat up enough to be usable, removed zero hair, couldn't heat it up enough to use, cooled down and became rock hard with no result.

The product arrived quickly, safely and soundly. I only took off a few stars because I didn't read that this product only weighs 0.42 ounces and not the full size 1.6 ounces. My fault - didn't realize there were smaller versions of this product that I've been buying for years; it's almost like a sample size. Even half the size of the full version. I paid $13.70 for this size and could have gotten a full size for a few bucks more so be aware. This price is high for the quantity you get. live and
