I have right heel pain from working out so I was looking for something to wear on it to provide relief. I wear when I am working out on the elliptical. I am also wearing with my dress shoes. Because the color matches my skin tone, you it's not too obvious. I don't sleep in them. My heel pain has decreased significantly.

The compression sleeves for ankles are really great and I noticed a difference immediately after putting them on. I wear a size 8.5 in shoes and my arch circumference is 9'. The small worked best for me. I have both, medium and small, and liked the smalls better for the purpose of compression. Medium would work, but the small provides better compression because they're a little bit tighter on my feet.

I'm glad that I bought the next size up because it's not super stretchy. But this compression sock is exactly what I needed for my recent ankle sprain. It's lightweight and doesn't cut off the circulation in my foot or dig into my leg. It's comfortable enough to wear while sleeping.

But if you want to wear them throughout the day and not as tight, I recommend the medium.

These compression ankle socks did not work for me. They rolled down and would not stay up at all. They were too small and I ordered the right size. May have worked if there was traction (glue strips) on the upper leg part. Order up a size.

I have long standing hours throughout the day and my feet and ankle really hurt a lot. I wore these ankle compression socks and they made my feet feel so much lighter and pain free. The fabric is so soft and comfortable.

Ordered these for support and help with aching feet, but I was a bit disappointed in how they worked for me. They are quite tight, which is good for support. I found that my toes did not like that tightness. They were cold (even with proper socks over this support) and became tingly after several hours.I have concluded that these support socks are not for me, but may work well for someone else.

Compression is too strong for me. I bought several pair a size larger than recommended because I feared tightness. This is most likely an incredible great sock for those who like this feature. Background is that I have severe neuropathy in my feet, and severe plantar faciitus. The strong compression resulted in sustained excruciating pain across the ankles.
