It works but leaks: my feedback

It works as intended but the air gauge is cheap and started leaking air from inside. Had to remove and put plug in it’s place.

Diaphragm failed. Slips out of recess and looses pressure.

Works fine at low pressure. When trying to use at 100 psi for air tools the diaphragm releases from recess. I have disassembled and put it back in place twice. The force of setting it to 100 psi pushes it out again shortly. If all you need is low pressure it is fine.

Reseal valve plug on back before installation.

Works well, but started to leak after a few months at the valve plug on the back. The sealant they used didn't hold up. After wrapping it about 10x with Teflon tape and thread sealant, it is as good as new.

Adaptable for mounting

We've not had the item long enough to appreciate the potential for its affects and elimination of moisture as well as oiling our very critical air actuated hydraulic pump. One recommendation would be to include some operating instructions especially for the oiler and its initial settings.

Decent except for the mounting system. 1

Unit is ok, mounting system is iffy at best. Broke an arm of the built in mounting bracket when bolting it onto the unit. Cheap pot metal unit with plastic bowls, time will tell how it holds up.

Excellent regulator

This is the best regulator that i've had the chance to use, it's accurate, maintains pressure and so far haven't had any issues with leaks. I am very pleased with this regulator. During the install I needed to reverse the filter and dryer to accommodate the piping in my garage and it was an extremely easy process to do so. The only drawback that I've noticed is that the dial is extremely tiny and as someone who has bad eyes it can be a challenge to read in poor lighting. Overall, I am very…

Leaks like a sieve good for me

This never seemed to get sealed up. Right from the start it leaked between the water separator and the luber. I disassembled it and made sure the o-ring wasn't compromised, lubed it with a bit of grease and reinstalled. I made sure everything was nice and tight. to no avail. Then, it started leaking from the automatic water drain. I'm done

Gets the job done best in my review

This works well to regulate air pressure and remove water from the system. My only compliant is that it lets air by the set valve to regulate the pressure in the air line, so you must have a shut off valve between it and the tank when it's not in use, otherwise it'll drain your air tank and cause the compressor to cycle constantly.

Broke after two years.

Purchased June 19 2020. It just burts yesterday. Just came back from week vacation. Glad it didn't break than. Don't see any parts listed to repair.

Works Fine: my feedback

Installed this for home use. Works fine so far. 3 thing to be aware of. There is no instructions in the box and after looking for 15 minutes on line I gave up. Installed using my mechanical knowledge. Fittings are 3/8 inch, all my air fittings at home are 1/4 inch. Reducer bushing will be needed. I took the ones off my water trap I was replacing. If your throwing out old air tools, keep the air input fittings. these are usually reducers. The oiler of course needs oil. This is bought separately…

Water filter does not filter water

Pressure regulator works well. The oil / water filter does not work well. I use another water filter at the end of the line and this is consistently capturing quite a bit while the this captures nothing.

Looks good but doesn't water separate

This does not keep the water out of the air line.if I had put oil in the oil container I'd have a nice mix of oil and water in my air tools.not good.it looks well made but maybe it's not designed to keep the water out? It let's so much through it sprays water all over when using my air tools.

Leaked on arrival on my review.

Solid unit but mine leaked. I tried everything but it still leaked in the same spot no matter how many times I re-tapped the joint. Never leaked anywhere else.

  • It’s not too bad product but after 4 months working oiler stop working and tool is broken now.
Cons
  • Bracket is flimsy and doesn't securely hold the unit
