I like that this gives me all of my info in one place so it is easy when i need something as well if you dont have access, its not bad because your still getting everything else but just not what they are looking up at their disposal. there should be more functions or things added since right now its very basic with only few options available compared other programs out here today. It's good overall however could use some upgrades maybe adding features from different software companies would…

  • Very easy to log on and access my info and can easily make appointments

  • There's always room for improvement and it would be nice to have more flexibility to add more from other systems

A very useful tool which helps keep track

The best thing about this software is that it can be used by any size of organization. It has all the features one would need in a single platform. I like how easy it is to use, and how fast it loads. Sometimes it takes a while for the software to load, but once it does, it's great! I dislike that sometimes when you try to log into your account, it will say "Invalid login" or something along those lines. I think it's because my password is too long, but I am not sure. Wonderful User Interface for even non-tech savvy users!

The UI is very easy to follow along with the whole product. It's not much of a learning curve as it was before. I am still having some issues getting everything working exactly how I'd like, but that could be my own fault or maybe just a lack of technical knowledge. If you have someone with IT experience who can help you out then this would be a great fit. They do offer support. Our team has been able to pick up all aspects of our clients business and we are using their product to help us run…

  • There were no initial costs for licensing when moving from one platform to another so there wasn't any risk involved in making such changes within your organization!
Cons
  • When switching over between platforms sometimes things don't seem intuitive enough at first glance which requires additional training time if needed
