I've had these for about two months and today while jogging I felt a small trickle down my back and before I knew it I was soaking wet. The bottom of the bubble burst open and all the water came out. So far I've only used this vest in the colder months. I really like its simplicity as I don't need too much storage in my vest and I usually wear clothes with pockets (it's cold weather again so I wear a jacket). The vest fits a 2 liter tank (fits tight but works) so that's a bonus. The only thing I had to change was the front straps because they don't stay tight and I had to secure them with safety pins to keep the vest snug. Above all: Easy to fill, doesn't bounce too much, dries quickly, easily holds my phone and my keys and can be worn concealed. The elastic case fits perfectly on my Pixel3 with protective case. A zippered pocket fits my keys and an extra magazine and leaves room. Dislikes: Chest straps don't stay tight.
