size reduced? good for me

I still gave 5 stars because my kid loves these shoes. We have them in different styles and colors. This couple seems to have measurements. Both shoes here are C5, while the gray ones are much smaller. We had to go back because they didn't fit. I'm nervous about ordering a second pair as I don't know if they're just too small or if it was an accident.

Pros
  • My children live in the style of the Theo Aborigines. The wide toe is perfect for their growing feet and they are very durable.
Cons
  • Summer shoes that deform when exposed to heat. Genius.

Perfect summer shoes

Perfect shoes for summer! My son is wearing them for a short run to shopping, water park, vacation this week. overall! They are like flip flops, easy to wear but much better at protecting and stabilizing his little foot.

Pros
  • This is the style we like best, although we love all Native shoes.
Cons
  • This shoe is snug and my son is a size 1, bought a size 2 and I couldn't even put his foot in the shoe.

Expensive for what it is

I bought them because they were recommended to me by a friend and to be honest I wasn't too impressed. I once left them in a stroller basket in the trunk of my car and they were completely contorted from the heat. I think they are expensive for some plastic shoes.

  • We love them, but our little one outgrew them faster than any other shoe.

  • Prone to scuffs and scratches

Cute for little feet

Sometimes they can be a bit difficult to put on, not recommended for chubby legs. Also, my daughter's feet are always so sweaty/sticky after wearing them. But they are adorable and stylish, love the color!

Pros
  • Love the shoes I think they are a bit small my daughter has a 5 but the 5C was too small so I sent them back and ordered a 6c.
Cons
  • We ordered my son's normal size and they were too small.

The front sole is already falling apart

My son has just started walking so they have hardly been worn and the front sole is already peeling off. I'm so disappointed because they are cute but it's clearly not worth it if they can't handle a toddler's wear and tear after 3 uses.

  • Super cute appearance, easy to put on and take off. Perfect fit for my 1 1/2 year old.
Cons
  • Bad traction

Suitable for wide bridge

My almost 2 year old has pretty wide feet on the bridge. These shoes fit him better than other Native Shoes models. I ordered a size up - the 8 is basically the same size as the pair of 7 Crocs he also has. Super sweet. Very durable. Easy to clean.

Much wider

I first ordered a Jefferson style shoe but it didn't fit my son's foot. Reading the reviews I saw that Miles was wider. I also increased the size based on other reviews. They fit perfectly. My son is 11.5 so I ordered 12

Annual purchase!

We buy these shoes for my son every year. We call them his "summer shoes”. They're incredibly versatile (pool and church!) and pretty much everything he wears all summer long. No need for separate shoes for different occasions. You can be treated like shit and still look great.
