I used to be a big fan of NU. Their products were excellent but now they have been caught in the field and are not holding up as they used to. Warranty claims used to be very easy too, but now they try to bore you with endless requests for videos and photos. There are many good half-price Apple-certified replacements out there.

This brand of cable was recommended to me by a Best Buy employee because he uses it. I used to buy so many USB cables, sort them like toothpicks. mostly disposable, but not this one! I have used it and my teenage daughter has used/abused it and we still have not had to replace it. Now I have one for my daughter, one for my house and one for my car. I love her.

DO NOT waste your money. I've had this charger for a WEEK and it's already broken. The whitening tip just broke and fell out making it totally unusable and a waste of money. Disappointed because the long cord was very convenient. I've since canceled my order for two Native Union wireless chargers because I'm pretty sure they don't work either.

Bought a pink/blue cable and so far they have held up very well. The cable is thick and very durable. We've always had an issue with the white cables we received with iPhones breaking within months of purchase due to the cable breaking where the USB port was. After a few months of using these cables, there is no sign of wear and tear. I love my purchase so far!

I bought this item because cheaper cords don't last long and it had good reviews. Purchased on December 6th, now on March 7th, the product stopped working on March 4th. Cord without signs of wear, without tears. It just doesn't work. Continued Contacted the company on Monday. Today is Wednesday. My replacement arrived today. A company that is a pleasure to work with. Sometimes things go wrong, but the point is how the company responds. I recommend buying from this company!

I bought a cable in May and it hasn't worked since July. Emailed customer service and they sent me a new one. I've had it maybe 3 weeks and it's already broken.
