I loved it when I first got it. It was especially convenient to use during navigation. However, it broke after three months of use. I think this should be covered by the warranty.

All I liked about this product was one thing. The sticky part comes off when the car gets hot and it's not even summer yet. I even asked before buying if it could handle the heat and was told it would. It's not, and it's not that hot yet.

Holds my smartphone in place. The glue didn't last long when I applied it to my Jeep's glove box. I suspect the windshield heat was too much for him and he lost his footing. I reattached it at the bottom and now it's out of the sun and is holding up well except when my husband accidentally kicked it. But I like it

I love this idea but I put it in my car and after 3 hot days the magnetic stick stopped working and it fell off my dashboard. Disappointed with what I was hoping would be a very useful product. This also happened outside the return window so it was a waste of money and I bought one that attaches to the car vent.

After 4th attempt at different brands for my SUV, they all failed except this one, it beat them all! I love how a strong magnet pulls it onto my iPhone 7 plus! Previous purchase was $55 and it couldn't hold my heavy iPhone! With this nato I use it every day in my SUV and I will try to get more only if I wish they came two in one package as some people have two cars. Thank you for doing the best.

This product has worked great for 2 weeks. As soon as the temperature exceeded 80 degrees, it fell every day. After a week at higher temperatures, no more metal discs stuck to the adhesive pads. Nano Mounts and they said if I send them my Revain receipt and the manager agrees they will send me replacement discs and then if I use new discs with a stronger adhesive it should work. Disappointing.

This product is primarily designed to be mounted on a flat surface. This is not listed in the product description and after receiving it I had to call customer service #. I've been told that the dash mount portion is flexible enough to fit a slightly curved surface, but most of my dash has some form of marbling, which is not recommended. I finally found an even flat surface and after a couple of weeks it seems to be working fine. I am worried that the summer heat will damage the adhesive, but…

Note that if you have a Samsung Galaxy S7 or later with wireless charging, you will need to attach a magnet below the center line. If you put a magnetic sticker in the center of the phone or between the camera and the center, you will lose the ability to charge your phone wirelessly.
