Vegetable based. High natural glycerin content - Superior color stability even if kept at a high temperature for extended periods. Non-yellowing, even at high temperatures - Good foaming. Excellent moisturizing from a high glycerin content which provides a pleasant skin feel. Neutral odor provides excellent fragrance lift - Suitable for slicing or molding.

Misleading Claims: Disappointing Soap Making Ingredient

I was excited to try this natural sulfate-free product in my arts and crafts. However, my analysis of this ingredient showed that it doesn't produce the desired lather and has an unpleasant smell. While the idea of using a crystal for soap-making is intriguing, this product falls short of expectations. .

Pleasant product but slightly damp

Easy to use. I have made several different batches of soap with this product and they have all been good. It dried out a bit on the wet side so I left it out of the box for a few days to dry out a bit but I would buy it again.

  • Neutral odor makes for great taste - Suitable for cutting or shaping.

  • Not as thick as other picks
