These pumps were a huge letdown. While they looked stylish in the picture, they are poorly made and uncomfortable to wear. The only positive is that they are true to size. However, the patent material easily scuffs and they don't provide enough support for all-day wear. Save your money and invest in a higher quality pair of pumps.

Although I really liked the way my feet looked, they were very uncomfortable. The boots are very hard on the edges and feel very heavy. I have always worn and loved Naturalizer shoes, but this is the exception to the rule. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the look of the shoe.

They're damn comfortable. BUT they slip off the heel! I was dying to keep them because they are so soft and comfortable; but I can't even walk in it. I could probably go half a size down, but the lacquered style would be too tight. I could have ordered a size smaller in soft leather. I just liked the black lacquered style sole. If you think you have a non-slip heel grip solution, be sure to buy this one, but I've never found a heel grip that works.
