Hearty and delicious too!

I've been using it for about 2 months instead of breakfast or lunch. I mix it with 1 banana, 5-7 ice cubes, 3 strawberries, 7 almonds and 1/2 scoop of chopped veggies. I have switched between this and another brand of meal replacement. Sometimes I add a scoop of chocolate milk mix just for the chocolate flavor - I guess it's not as bad as a chocolate shake :-) I haven't lost much weight but I'm not nervous when I'm ready for my next meal and I have daytime more energy - blood sugar does not…

Drink warm coconut milk before bed to wake up in the morning!

I've been using this powder for years and I'm VERY grateful that the formula has stayed the same! Great tasting and this is one of the newest STEVIA NO protein powders that is just plain EVIL! Thank you Spirutein for letting us enjoy natural (regular) sweeteners that are not cloying. I'm not a fan of banana flavor BUT vanilla and strawberry are amazing!

Many years ago I had this smoothie with just strawberries (it was the only flavor I had in my shop) and I love it. Vanilla I'm addicted to is sooo good. Strawberries are my second favorite (I always add 5 frozen berries), I just mix with water and ice. The thickness is amazing. In the mouth it feels like a real cocktail, not a mush.
