I sleep on these. I use big bobby pins to keep them from moving and I wear a cap to keep them on my head. I like the way my hair looks. Those are the only videos I can sleep on. I have shoulder length, naturally wavy, slightly thin hair and my hair is dry in the morning when I shower at night.

Would be comfortable to wear if I could wear them. Even though I have thin straight hair, the grip is too strong and I can't comb through it. I have tried everything possible to prevent this. They are foam based and provide just enough energy to be comfortable enough to sleep on. Not for thick hair. If your hair type is curly, has natural volume, curly. no worries. They got stuck and made my hair look teasing and knotty. I gave it to my mother who has thin, flat hair. They stayed, came out with ease and gave her some volume. no real curls. I put them on at night. Tried dry and wet. Both are terrible. Again, the hair type is huge.
