Very well packaged but be careful it's a 7ft tall box so it's a bit awkward to carry long distances. Also, for some reason, our box contained a lot of what appeared to be bits of asphalt. For years I've been trying to get a living plant into my lobby to survive. Eventually, at the suggestion of my landscape architect (of all things), I decided on an artificial one. I am very picky about decor and was pleasantly surprised with this tree. It's absolutely amazing! I placed it in an 18" concrete planter. The plant looks good. But it's not quite like the picture. As you can see, there aren't really any leaves at or near the bottom of the plant. It looks very different than it looks in the picture. But what I mean is that overall it still looks good and deserves 4 out of 5 stars in my opinion. It is more expensive than other plants on this site.
