When I got to my barracks I was looking for heavy hangers to hang up my uniform, jeans and jackets. I checked out all the others on Revain that were cheaper but didn't have the quality I wanted. They caught my attention, just what I was looking for and they are made in the USA. They were packaged very nicely. The quality of the hangers is the same everywhere. They are very strong and durable and will hold my pea coat and parka with confidence.

Why is it so hard to find good, strong and heavy hangers? I have visited 3 different stores including beds, bathrooms and more and none of them had a quality heavy duty hanger for jeans sweaters jackets etc. Fragile ones can work once and break but heavy ones last YEARS and YEARS. ! We bought 48 for both of us but they are of such good quality that we are buying more for our three children, at least 36 more or more. I bought heavy hangers. They were delivered just 5 minutes ago. I opened the box and noticed they were packaged in sets of three. I had 12 sets in a box. I took out a bundle of three and measured the diameter of the hangers. These hangers are 3/8" thick. This is NOT the 1/2" advertised. The box is sealed with tape, I will be returning it today. Trust me I've been buying plastic hangers for years. I have hangers that I got from my mother's house when I moved in 20 years ago and they still work. Update: Looks like "circumference" has been changed to "diameter". Great, but why didn't they fix the freezing? The product is about 0.4 inch in diameter, not 0.5 inch as advertised. I think they rely on the word "about" to cover them. I don't think a 25% diameter difference in their favor is a valid use of the word "about".
