I LOVE THIS BRUSHING SYSTEM. IT CLEANS WELL AND DOESN'T FILL OUT EVERYWHERE OF MY WIFE'S LONG HAIR. MY NEATO IS SOMETIMES USED AS A SUPPORT FOR MY ROOMBA I7+. TWO ROBOTS REQUIRE MACHINE CLEANING TO MAINTAIN THIS BRUSH.

I like my Neato d3 boot. However, my robot came with a spiral brush. However, I read all the 5 star reviews and decided to give it a try. Pet hair is my biggest problem in my home. He doesn't take well at all. I really just want my spiral brush back.

Not a day without Pearl (Neato D7) 3 kids, 3 dogs and husband Pearl is a must in this home. I swapped my combination scooter for a silicone scooter and was not disappointed! Works great on carpet and hardwood! I don't have to clean the roller as often as with a combination brush. Highly recommended for families with pets!

Highly recommend this brush to anyone who has a headache from dissolving a standard brush. You will still get occasional tangles at the ends of the brush, but that's nothing compared to the tangles I would get in the middle of the brush. I use this brush 90% hard floors, 10% carpets and have seen no reduction in hard floor cleaning performance, a noticeable improvement in picking up dog hair on carpets.

I have 4 D3s, one on each floor. Bought two to replace two D3s because the plastic is falling apart after a year. I read good reviews and decided to give it a try .. It does collect a bit of dirt and hair doesn't get caught but I noticed that the bins aren't as full as the original brush.The carpets aren't as clean as the old brush.I have mostly hard floors and a few flat carpets not worth the money and pain to return will definitely be going back to the original brushes!

I have four animals and wooden floors. You can imagine how many hairs are collected on the baseboard in just 24 hours. The standard Neato brush had bristles which I ALWAYS use to trim my hair. Think of your annoying sister's hairbrush on the counter that she never cleaned. yes it is rough I saw this little guy and thought I'd give it a try. 12/10 recommend. One of the 5 best decisions I've ever made. My cats used to love watching me detangle their hair from the comb, but now they have free time

This brush is a perfect match for my Neato D3 Connected robot vacuum. It looks legit even though it doesn't have any papers on it (aside from a small printed Neato logo on the box). What I didn't expect was a significant increase in noise when using this brush instead of the combination brush that originally came with the vacuum.
