Neenah Paper Classic Cardstock Package Review

This card set is the preferred brand for the most popular card makers on Youtube. Since it is a bit expensive, I bought it for the first time. It's very thick and also very smooth and creamy. I make a lot of postcards. This paper is not only excellent in terms of weight and density, it is also easy to write on because it is very smooth. It takes ink well. I highly recommend it.

I opened the package that I received in an hour or two and immediately smelled of cheap detergent. FYI I haven't used it yet but the color looks better than the other option I have for white, it seems a lot whiter and my last one is grayer. For this reason I will renew the base layer. I don't see true white, I see a yellow cast, maybe it's my lighting. It's night when I opened it, I'll have to check tomorrow. Weighing 110 lbs this Neenah Classic Crest Solar White was as described. This is thick paper for making postcards. The only problem I had was the packaging could have been better. The outer lid of this pack was torn in several places, probably from shipping, but if it had been better protected this would not have happened. Reams of paper in traditional stores with torn packaging would be unacceptable or sold at a discount.
