DSLR only, nothing heavier

Says it can handle more weight than it actually does. I love newer products most of the time. This was missing a bit. Spend a little more money and get something like the Konova slider. Although this is normal for a DSLR. My af100 setup was too heavy for that.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Quality

It seems strong, but one leg doesn't pull up.

This slider looks pretty solid and slick. The nut on one leg binds and doesn't seem to tighten, so it's always loose. I'll try later today to see if I can fix them with an allen wrench. I will also check this post as soon as I have time to test it in practice.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Very disappointed Good for video

Very disappointed with this title. I have several Neewer products and have always been satisfied. This track, i.e. carbon rails, is wider in some places than in others. The holder smoothly moves about 18 inches and then freezes about halfway, defeating the purpose of its use. Sent it back the same day it arrived. Sorry Neewer, I asked one of your competitors for a replacement.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • There are cons

Fixed issue near the middle of the rails.

Received my slider yesterday and had a bit of an issue with the camera mount getting stuck in debris near the middle. I noticed a few comments about this. I tried to figure out the problem and noticed that the jam was near the tripod mount in the middle of the slider. I noticed four hex head screws attaching the center tripod mount to the carbon fiber rails. I loosened the four screws a bit and the problem went away. The screws are tight, but when they are loosened, the attachment disappears…

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • The list is long.

Excellent slider with a small defect

Very good slider. Well built. Best of all, the ends where the legs attach can be removed with a star head (not included) and the slider flipped upside down to shoot from above. The reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the legs just got thrown in the pocket and it couldn't adjust to some positions while the other legs had no problem. I think the problem is the accuracy of the teeth that weren't cut well. They may need to make the teeth a bit larger to engage properly. Also, I…

Pros
  • Excellent price
Cons
  • In progress
