Man. The weight really helps when using a set with a heavy camera. I highly recommend it. A bit pricey but overall a good product.

I'm starting to like Neewer products. I love their style and sophistication in crafting their products. Can't say anything about durability yet, time will tell. But I also like their price.

What difference does it make when I lift weights. If you have a shoulder rig I recommend buying it at this price point. They are designed for a 15mm rod set. It relieves the forearms and distributes them throughout the body.

Weight approx 5 lbs I used it to balance my rig. I have to say that it really makes my photography more enjoyable. It is made of aluminum alloy and is therefore durable and very stable. Installation is quick and easy, I would only recommend it for people with shoulder gear.

Don't even think about buying a newer shoulder gear (or any other 15mm shoulder bar) without these weights. When properly balanced, they reduce your camera's vertical shake. It will start looking like an indie film.

No shipping issues, product works as expected. There's not much to criticize about the quality as it's a weight only system, but it wobbles a bit when wobbling around. I don't realize when I'm using it. I use this on a DSLR setup so I have enough weight to balance the front load. I am currently using only half the weight to balance the Sony A7iii with the cage and 2 handles attached. It could easily handle a directional microphone without the extra weight.

I am very thankful that Neewer sold these, the one that came with my Neewer rig weighed only 1kg and because the Nikon P1000 was so heavy with glass in the lens I had to do the entire installation wear. with my arms and shoulder muscles, which was painful. Very grateful to have the blue model of this back in stock to match my setup. Hopefully a total weight of 2kg will balance the camera but if not I can use another 1kg weight on the rig. I hate, I hate how expensive drill rigs and their components are. This isn't electronics (at the lowest level), it's just aluminum. So I tried to build it on a reasonable budget of $500 (which is still a lot for some machined metal!). I have an iKan Fly Offset which is the best in category for about $500 and it's great but it doesn't have a good counter balance. This is madness.
