Broken tablet accessory

I bought two packs a month ago. I opened one and left the other in the package. Opened for today's use and the clamp will not tighten due to the hole being larger than the threaded bolt. The return period has already expired, so I'm stuck with a defective item.

My favorite tablet holder

I use this item on mic stands to hold my tablet for lyrics and chord charts. Works great, connects easily and holds iPad securely. The price is great and the two packs are perfect because it's too easy to leave when you leave at 2am after a gig.

Doesn't hold the iPad in a thick case

Unfortunately this iPad holder doesn't hold my iPad 7th gen in a thick case. I don't want to take my iPad out of the case every time I need to mount it on a mic stand. The item has been returned. I will look for another solution.

Works with my Samsung tablet

Newer stands are identical to the ones I bought from Guitar Center for three times the price. It works with an 8-inch Samsung tablet, but the circular mounting rings on the bottom make it difficult to use the navigation buttons on the bottom of the tablet. I think I can trim the button a bit to make it easier. I use another of these clips to mount a small Bose Soundlink speaker on the other side of my stand for use as a mini monitor.
