I bought this for the Pebble smart watch which I got when it went on sale for $99. Thing looks pretty cool, way better than the rubber strap it came with. I didn't get one with a strong smell like other reviewers. It's big and doesn't fit under a shirt sleeve. But it's stylish if you prefer a broad chunk of leather and metal. I ordered this watch because I wanted to customize my Pebble Smartwatch a bit more. So when I received it, I was excited. It took about 30 seconds to put on and it goes amazingly well with the pebbles. The only downside I have with this watch strap is that when I put the watch on exactly how I like it and I go to pocket the extra strap, the strap is too long and dangles a bit. Luckily I found a pretty good solution, all I did was take a plain cheap velcro from Walmart, cut it to fit the watch…

exactly the same as the brown one i ordered last year. This was so good I decided to get it in black. It protects and makes even cheap watches look that much better. With large dials (40-44mm) you really need a strong strap, not just the one that comes with the watch. They wear out and break quickly, so they still need to be replaced. These straps will likely stand the test of time!

We were so pleased with the watch strap that when the first one broke we ordered a second one. It's so easy to put a face together and unite. very sturdy, stylish and I just love to see my husband wear his favorite watch. good quality leather used. Sturdy but not too hard. The double buckle and buttons work perfectly. At first I was disappointed that the black paint came off FAST. A few weeks later I developed a problematic plaque. A definite upgrade from the cheap imitation I had before.

Looks good to me. To make installation easier, I used a watch pin repair kit that I already have. This kit makes it easy to squeeze the spring pins together without flying out or getting lost. Before fitting the watch to the new leather strap, I pressed the straps around the button to soften the leather a bit. I also cut the leather straps where they meet the watch case. You can see one of the cuts in my attached photos. I work in an industrial setting that works with steel and will update this
