I bought these bottles to use with my spectra pump and for transporting breastmilk to and from work. So far they work pretty well. I filled them to the brim and they hold about 5 ounces. I’m also able to use them with the medela double contoured ice pack. I say double contoured because with the single contoured ice pack I’m not able to zip up that bag, but with the double contoured I’m able to fit four bottles and zip up at the bag. see the pics I deducted one star because on a couple of…

I thought this bottle was perfect and it holds a lot of milk which I love but I’ve only had this for a month and mold started to show on the lids. I have taken the silicone ring out to clean and sanitized but it seems to grow even more. I also use this bottle to store milk in the fridge so now I have to throw the lids away as I don’t want it to get to my son’s milk. It would be better if this wasn’t the case.

These attach directly to my Spectra S2 flange. It's nice to have an extra set of storage bottles and it's a good value for what you get. Sometimes I use them to differentiate mixed formula from breastmilk in the fridge. The only downfall is it is extremely hard to clean the lid. There is a silicone liner on the inside that gets residue stuck on it or underneath it. They also don't always stay on the lid. The bottles by themselves are great. It's so nice having a cheap, 9oz option to use with my Spectra S1 pump and is compatible with the lids. The bottles seem nice enough and are light and have held up well from repeated washings, use, etc.My problem is with the lids. The lids are all one piece (or so I thought) - except there is a small piece of rubber lining on the inside that is nearly impossible to take out without pliers. Wish I got these sooner! These are so much nicer esp for my overnight and first AM pump sessions and not having to deal with emptying the smaller bottles. No issues with using spectra flange and pump. The caps/tops are great too for storing in the fridge - no concern for leaks if it tips or knocks over by accident. Highly recommend especially if you are an over producer!

The value for these bottles would be outstanding if not for one problem: LEAKS! Whenever I have to wash them, I have to seat the gaskets back into the lid. If not done properly, the bottle will leak if I ever shake them (which I do to get the coagulated fat from my pumped breast milk off the sides). I don’t have any issues with my spectra and medela bottles but I always have to be extra careful with these. Maybe I just got a defective set but I wouldn’t recommend these.

I got the Spectra S2 pump from my insurance to replace the Medela PISA that I had been using previously. And of course, the bottles have different size necks! These are great little bottles! I bought them to use with my Spectra S2 breastpump. They fit perfectly, and I like them better than the original bottles that came with my Spectra S2 because they are shorter and fatter, so it's easier to "balance" them when I am double pumping. I needed bigger bottles for my growing baby who's drinking more ounces now and his old spectra bottles weren't cutting it since they're only 5 oz. Love that they can fit on my pump and the spectra nipples can fit on these so he can be fed at daycare. Haven't had a problem with them leaking. Buying more!

We bought these for preparing and storing small batches of formula and they work great for us. We had a few different brands of 8-9oz bottles before this and all of them required 2 pieces to make a cap that gave a sealed, leak-proof travel/storage option—and they were all kinda tricky to actually get on right so that the bottle was actually leak proof. These bottles are great replacements for my Spectra S1 bottles. Perfect fit to the breast shield and way more value for the price. The only thing that I do not like is the removable rubber band in the lid that is used for sealing the bottles when the cap is screwed on. Since they are not permanently affixed, you need to make sure that you wash and dry them thoroughly before placing them back in otherwise they can start to grow mold. I have quite the over supply, so these bottles are extremely helpful for pumping and not needing to change out the bottle as many times during one session. I have ordered several and continue to order more. The only con is some of the lids are not secure enough on the bottle resulting in it leaking if the bottle falls over in a cooler or lunchbox.

In the bottles, it reads just over 17 ounces, when in reality, it’s only just over 16 oz. I would not pour into storage bags from these bottles. I pour into spectra bottles or the bottles he drinks from yo measure then pour into bags since these bottles read that I always have over an oz more than I actually have. But other than that, I really love that I don’t have to switch bottles mid pump. I recommend these if you are an over supplier.

These are much much much better than than the bottles that came with the spectra pump. The feel sturdier and they're longer so they balance on my thighs when I pump cross legged so I don't have to hold the pumps up with my hands anymore.
