Great customer service paired up perfectly

I really enjoy working with my neon roots teammates because they are all so knowledgeable about their fields! The support is great as well. They will listen to your ideas, give you suggestions, help out where needed, get things done faster than others or at least do it better then others, etc. It's hard to find other companies that treat their customers so well in this industry. Sometimes getting projects completed quickly can be frustrating when there aren't many options but for me personally

  • Great quality work fast turn around times too.
  • Our reps care & take pride (ownership!)
  • Honesty/Transparency
Cons
  • A lot depends upon what stage we've reached..early stages = lotsa problems
