This is a Neoperl 10 9800 5 3/4"-27F THREAD 2.2GPM AERATOR, Red. I use it on my Waterstone faucet. The body of the device is metal, but the internal parts are plastic.. It includes an aerator and a flow restrictor.I have water with high sulphate content from my well so it is corroding the outer rim of the aerator (green buildup of copper oxide) My water softener removes calcium and magnesium but I don't have sulfate removal (yet).I unscrewed the existing aerator and screwed on this…
