Everything is fine. This is the third type of these 2x2 tiles that I have recently purchased. They turn on quickly and shine brightly. I'm waiting for a dimmer to set them up, but for now they fit in a basement guest room/office. I'd rather have a nut for the ground wire or just a chassis screw for that purpose. 2'x4 fits snugly in place of a false ceiling panel and wiring connects with plugs and terminals. They look very good on the ceiling and are very bright at full power. The real test will be durability. Mine arrived in the same scanty packaging that others have mentioned, but not a single panel was damaged. My word of caution, if you want to dim these lights make sure you buy a dimmer that says it's a 0-10V dimmer. Many say they work with LED bulbs work and appear if you specifically type "dimmer

Completed installation of these units as an upgrade of multiple 40 watt fluorescent tubes in a 45 year old false ceiling grid. I am very happy with the results. I was expecting to see some cosmetic damage like I've seen on other panels, but they were almost intact, just a few creases in the inner aluminum cover. This lamp comes VERY well packaged. Like other LED panels, they are very easy to install in a ceiling grid. The wiring was straight. Unlike other panels I've installed, this one actually used the expected color coded wiring and also had a dedicated ground wire. Absolutely amazed that not only are they so cheap, but so damn pretty and bright! They were easier to install than removing the old curved fluorescent tube parts they replaced. An added bonus is that they are dimmable too.
