🧽 Neptune Natural Sea Wool Sponge - Premium Renewable Honeycomb Sponge, Medium Size - Approx. 4" for Organic Skincare and Bathing Review

This is a very soft natural sponge. Mine is 7 inches in diameter and round. When wet it can be compressed to about 4 inches in diameter. I'm sure they vary in size as these are naturally growing sea plants. This is not a scrub but a foaming bath gel. I really like it and it feels like a bit of luxury. I have a natural hole that runs down the middle. I added rope in there so I could wash and hang dry.

5 inches is the perfect size. So soft and fluffy. I use it together with Dr. Bronners Castile and you get incredible lather. Very happy with this sponge.

You need to spend a few more euros and shop at a trendy grocery store if possible. Those sold online often appear to be of a lower class than those available in physical stores. In the case of what I received from this supplier: it was immature. Picked up too early. Tiny. Barely enough to wash. Not just because they were small, but also because they get spongy as they mature. What I received barely held half of its already fragile structure under the weight of what little water it could hold…

Too small. Please update the sizes on these as they are significantly smaller than advertised. I have ordered 2 if 4 inch sponges and they are barely 3 inches which is disappointing. I ordered this size mainly because it was available faster, but it still arrived later due to the slow shipping. I had to order by size. Unfortunately I'll probably end up keeping them instead of waiting longer to get a larger size. My advice to others. Order because they are shorter

I was concerned the sponge would be too small to use as a body sponge based on tiger reviews but it was a good size even when dry! about 7.5"x3.5", I'm lucky and my sponge has a different texture on both sides as well. One is slightly more exfoliating and the other is milder. I didn't notice any strange smell when I received it, but I disinfected it in warm water with baking soda before using it. I have bought 3 different sponges and this review focuses on the Neptune Natural Sea Wool Sponge. wrap and rinse in a sink with warm, clean water. There was nothing to rinse off...no sand, sediment, marine life, etc. Generally almost ready to use right out of the box. Sponge, but a close second. I used natural sponges as a kid and was disappointed with today's non-natural sponges for washing dishes by hand. I couldn't believe how much better it was than what is now called "sponges" which fall apart and stink after a while. Try any of them and you will never want to go back. A drop or two of dish soap goes a long way until you decide to rinse and squeeze out all the soap. I use another one for the face and body wash and a bigger one for the car wash.
