This is the 4th set of 3 ordered by this seller. The first three sets were great, 3 sets of 5 dolls, looks great, well packaged, no damage in transit and delivered as promised. There were 5 dolls but one was damaged, one only had 3 dolls and the other only had 4 dolls. I asked for next day delivery but didn't realize the quality of the product would suffer. Still gives 4 stars but the quality deviation is 8% (1 out of 12).

Arrived quickly which is nice. However, I don't like the resulting colors. It is not possible to request what you prefer and it will be chosen. But as a Russian I know that some designs are cheap and some are not. The ones I got were cheap color designs, those are less in demand, although the same quality still isn't as appealing. I would appreciate at least one nice color scheme in the "random" selection sent in as the artwork is not of the first quality expected. Still giftable but I won't…

None of the dolls are marked with the country of origin. I have some very nice nesting dolls made in Russia and some made in China. I have had bad experience with Chinese made nesting dolls claiming to be real Russian and they are very low quality like the Chinese made dolls rather than high quality dolls if they are made in Russia. I knew I was taking a risk with this. I rolled and lost. One of the sets is really good - the one with strawberries. It's well painted, except for the 3rd doll in the set which has a couple of crooked eyes, but overall a decent set considering the price.
