I like that it's easy to use and you can register your domains with ease. It is also very cheap compared to other registrars. The only thing i dislike about this service is how slow they are when processing payments/transactions for domains which have already been registered. There are some times where we've had to wait up to 30 days before being able to purchase another one of our products or renew an existing product. We need to be able to keep track of all our business transactions in order

The ability to change WHOIS info in several different ways is my favorite feature of this service - I can update it manually or automatically using scripts so that someone else who does not have direct access into our system doesn't need me! Other people like their UI but dislike how slow they are about responding when issues arise with billing (which has happened many times). This was also one time purchase which makes us very hesitant as we do NOT want another bill for renewal if/when changes
