Replaced OEM WiFi card in Lenovo Yoga 910 laptop WiFi speed tests dropped to 50Mbps at 250Mbps. The card was replaced (semi-professional at Geek Squad Best Buy) and WiFi is now almost at full download speed. I hesitated thinking that WIFI cards either work or they don't. For almost a year I had to deal with intermittent WiFi failures. After trying everything else, I asked Best Buy to replace the internet adapter, although we couldn't prove it was the culprit. Surprisingly, Best Buy doesn't have adapters, but they told me I need them. I ordered it from Revain, Best Buy installed it and the problem was solved.

Not a techie at all, I was able to open the back of my husband's laptop and replace his poor network adapter card with this one.
